Our Growth

Since 2009, our annual reservations have grown from 75 to 145 bookings per year. Our prime weeks during spring, summer, and fall often book over a year in advance, reflecting our commitment to quality and guest satisfaction.

Meet Our Property Manager

Paul Cifaldi, our property manager was born and raised on Hilton Head Island. Paul is an avid waterman who loves the Lowcountry. He is here to inspire and enhance your stay, offering personalized suggestions and access to a network of services that come right to your beach house or help you explore the island's spectacular beauty in other ways. If you can dream it up, Paul can make it happen. He is your concierge during your stay, ensuring a seamless and carefree vacation experience.
